Droid 2 Global smartphone designed for the international traveler, as they can work on dual-band CDMA and EVDO within the US, and quad-band GSM and tri-band UMTS/HSPA while in other countries with a Verizon SIM card. Verizon Droid 2 Global support CDMA EV-DO Rev. A 800/1900 MHz, GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, and UMTS/HSDPA 850/1900/2100 MHz cellular networks .
The Verizon Motorola Droid 2 GLOBAL smartphone is equipped with a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with dual LED flash and video recording (maximum video resolution of 480 x 720 pixels), 3.7-inch WVGA touchscreen with 16 million colors support and 854 x 480 pixels resolution, a 1.2GHz TI OMAP3630-1200 processor, 8GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot with up to 32GB, QWERTY keyboard, and runs on Android 2.2.
