The Eee PC T101MT is multi-touch functionality makes interacting with the netbook so intuitive and effortless, it encourages users to get creative, as designated by the ‘MT’ in the model name. With support for Windows 7 Multi-Touch gestures, virtually every task can be performed with a simple tap, drag, pinch or flick. Equipped with a 256-level pressure sensor, the ASUS T101MT is crisp and responsive 10.1″ multi-touch screen accurately reproduces handwriting inputs regardless of whether a finger or the bundled ergonomically-designed stylus is used. Writing on a computer has never felt more natural. This environmentally-responsible netbook features the new power-saving Intel Atom N450 CPU, which when deployed in tandem with ASUS exclusive Super Hybrid Engine energy management technology that offers performance as well as faster boot up times, delivers 6.5 hours of battery life on a single charge. Connections include a VGA port, three USB, an Ethernet jack and a headphone and microphone ports, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi. A built-in multi-card reader can recognize SDXC cards up to 32GB in capacity. The Asus Eee PC T101MT netbook is powered by the Intel Atom N450 that offers performance as well as faster boot up times.  The hardware specifications on this Asus T101MT device include an LED backlit 10.1-inch multitouch swivel display with 1024 x 600 pixel resolution.

asus-t101mt1 touchscreen For storage in this ASUS T101MT netbook, you get the option of either 1GB or 2GB of DDR2 RAM with hard drive storage being at 160GB or 320GB depending on which model you choose. Each of the models of  ASUS Eee T101MT also comes with the usual ASUS Web Storage allowing you to upload up to 500GB of data on to ASUS’ servers. The Asus netbook includes your color choice of either black or white as well as either Windows 7 Starter or Windows 7 Home Premium. As usual, a launch date is not available nor is the purchase price, although some are suggesting it should be around $700 depending upon the specs selected.
